Prof. Livio Giuliani

Prof. Livio Giuliani, senior Researcher at ISPESL/INAIL and director of the Radiation & Environmental Pollution Lab, played a key role in establishing Italy’s EMF exposure limits in 1998 (“ISPESL Proposal”) later adopted by 10 other European countries. As co-founder and spokesman of ICEMS, he has significantly contributed to research on the biological effects of electromagnetic fields. Since 2006, his work has focused on Ion Cyclotron Resonance (ICR) and its impact on cells and antibiotic resistance, culminating in successful clinical results in 2022.

リビオ・ジュリアーニ教授は、ISPESL/INAIL(イタリア)の上級研究員であり、放射線・環境汚染研究所の所長でもあります。1998年にイタリアにおける電磁波暴露規制値(ISPESL提言)の制定に重要な役割を果たし、後に欧州10カ国で採用されました。またICEMSの共同設立者兼広報担当者として、電磁界の生物学的影響に関する研究に大きく貢献。2006年以降、イオンサイクロトロン共鳴（ICR）とその細胞および抗生物質耐性への影響に焦点を当てた研究を行い、2022年には臨床的成果をあげられました。
