{"id":3743,"date":"2025-05-14T04:58:28","date_gmt":"2025-05-13T19:58:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/qoy.vxf.mybluehost.me\/conference\/?page_id=3743"},"modified":"2025-05-17T16:46:45","modified_gmt":"2025-05-17T07:46:45","slug":"announcement-for-participants","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aquaphotomics.com\/conference\/announcement-for-participants\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcement for Presenters &amp; School Participants"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions for Oral Presenters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Before Your Session<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>On-site presenters<\/strong>: Connect to the venue&#8217;s Wi-Fi upon arrival.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All presenters (on-site and online)<\/strong>: Join your assigned Zoom session ahead of your scheduled presentation time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please refer to the <strong>conference program<\/strong> for your presentation time and session details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All presenters<\/strong> are required to use their <strong>own PC<\/strong> to join Zoom and share their screen for the presentation.<br>If you need to <strong>borrow a PC<\/strong>, please <strong>contact us in advance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please ensure your <strong>Zoom application is updated<\/strong> to the latest version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When joining via Zoom, please ensure your&nbsp;<strong>name is correctly displayed<\/strong>, preferably your&nbsp;<strong>full name<\/strong>, for registration and verification purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are unfamiliar with Zoom operation, feel free to <strong>contact us in advance<\/strong> for assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>During Your Presentation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Online presenters<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Share your screen when it is your turn to present.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn on your <strong>microphone<\/strong> and <strong>front-facing camera<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The host or co-host will send a <strong>chat message 1 minute before the end<\/strong> of your presentation time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On-site presenters<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please take a seat in the <strong>\u201cwaiting area\u201d near the stage<\/strong> as your turn approaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share your screen via Zoom when your presentation begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mute your microphone<\/strong> and <strong>turn off your front-facing camera<\/strong> (audio and video will be managed from the venue).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>timekeeper at the venue<\/strong> will give you a <strong>1-minute warning<\/strong> before the end of your presentation time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>General Notes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please <strong>do not include any confidential information<\/strong> in your presentation slides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have any questions or need help:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email: <strong><a>conference@aquaphotomics.com<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or send a message to the <strong>Host<\/strong> in the Zoom chat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For Poster Presenters<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A0 &#8211; size portrait poster boards will be provided in the foyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please attach your poster to the board labeled with your presentation number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posters can be displayed starting from May 17.
