Reporting a problem

The more of this you can include, the fewer rounds it takes:

• What you were doing, and which of the four steps you were on
• The exact message on screen, word for word
• The file type you opened, or which bundled demo
• Your Windows version
• A screenshot, if it contains no data you would not want shared

Troubleshooting covers the problems we already know about, and may save you the wait.

Telling us what is missing

Preview deliberately does one thing: it builds a Classic-12 WAMACS Aquagram® from a prepared MicroNIR file. It does not connect to an instrument, save projects, or model data.

If you needed something it does not do, that is worth an email. A preview exists to find out what people actually need, and what comes next is shaped by what arrives in this mailbox.

Questions about the method

How AquaGrammar processes a file — the SNV range, the standardisation, the averaging of repeats, and the twelve coordinates — is written out in How AquaGrammar works. If something there is unclear or looks wrong, please say so. Corrections to the science are as welcome as bug reports.
